I don’t know about you, but September's last couple of weeks felt like being put through the spin cycle. The harsh aspects to Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto brought many things to the surface for Virgo’s energy to refine and the Full Moon in Pisces (September 17) was a portal to the lessons of March’s New Moon in Aquarius (March 10). The first week of September gave us space to dream big and define liberation at an interpersonal and systemic level before the friction of the third week pushed us into action. In the third week of September, the harsh aspects to the outer planets put us in the hot seat whether we were ready or not, and the Full Moon in Pisces reminded us that our intuition can guide us when we feel like the currents of the external world are sweeping us up. The Full Moon in September and the New Moon in March both made conjunctions with Neptune and sextiles with Uranus in Taurus, creating an astrological bridge between them and a second chance to integrate their lessons. When dreamy idealist Neptune and world-shaking Uranus link up with the Moon, we’re being invited to let go of something to make space for a better ideal. These changes are rarely comfortable, but they’re not meant to be. If they were comfortable, we would be less inclined to make the necessary changes, and when we hold on to things for too long, our hands can’t be open to receive any incoming blessings. The Cosmic Forecast for October continues the themes of unexpected disruptions, new beginnings, second chances, and portals to past transits.
